Mark has 20 years’ experience in the investment banking/corporate advisory area providing services to a diverse range of industries including child care, manufacturing, property, IT, mining and services. Mark’s specialist areas include all aspects of capital and debt raising, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions and ASX listings.

During his career Mark has been an executive director of a number of public and private companies and has specialist management skills in fast growth companies and industy consolidations. His past directorships have included Tolhurst Corporate, Terrain Capital and Terrain Australia. He is a Non-Executive Director of Symex Holdings Limited and Care Properties Australia and is Chairman of Dental Corporation Pty Ltd.

From early 2004 until June 2006 Mark was the Managing Director of Kids Campus Limited (ASX: KDS) which was the second largest childcare provider in Australia with operations in Victoria, Queensland and W.A. During his time with KDS Mark oversaw the growth of the business from less than 10 centres to 100 centres and was responsible for raising over $60 million to fund the growth of the business. In June 2006 Mark oversaw the acquisition of KDS by ABC Learning for an enterprise value of $170 million.

Mark has a Bachelor of Business in both Accounting and Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and is a member of FINSIA and the Institute of Company Directors.

Chris Chambers

Director

Chris has 6 years’ experience in the investment banking/corporate advisory area. During this time he has undertaken a wide range of mergers and acquisitions projects (including reverse takeovers, public company takeovers and business sales), equity and debt raisings (from seed, through private equity and bank debt to IPO’s and placements) and general advisory (such as acquisition strategy development, investor communications and business planning).

Prior to this Chris had an executive role in strategic management consulting working with clients to develop strategies for market entry, online service delivery and cost reduction, and reviewing strategic investment opportunities. Chris’s clients included companies in the financial services, telecommunications and energy industries, as well as the public sector in Australia, the USA and the UK.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and is a member of FINSIA.
