Normanby Capital is actively involved in the establishment and operation of Dental Corporation Pty Ltd, which is acquiring and managing high quality dental practices. Mark Evans is Executive Chairman and Chris Chambers is an Executive Director of Dental Corp, and Normanby Capital’s role includes:
- Management of practice acquisition, from initial negotiations through achievement of Heads of Agreement and ultimate contract execution and settlement
- Corporate establishment
- Developing the business plan and preparing a detailed financial model
- Fund raising strategy and execution (both equity and debt)
- Executive staff recruitment (non-dental)
- Major contract negotiations
