As an independent advisor we solely represent the interests of our clients and can provide introductions to appropriate brokers and investors

General advisory – including development of overall corporate strategy, balance sheet management and capital management, investor relations and tender/bid structuring and negotiation.

CO-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY

In some projects with fast-growing companies we will take an active role as both management and shareholders in a client’s business. In these projects we can leverage our operational and strategic development experience to compliment existing management’s own industry knowledge, experience and operational skills. Our roles include:

- Commercial negotiations and acquisitions;

- Project and Corporate financing; and
