
Normanby Capital is a boutique corporate advisory firm taking a hands-on approach to our advisory roles, allowing us to provide relevant and timely advice and assistance.
Normanby Capital has been established to give us the freedom to concentrate on actively participating in a small number of interesting and rewarding transactions and to leverage off our skills by sharing the success and risks with our clients.
Working primarily in the middle market (transactions between $5 million and $250 million), Normanby Capital has two major arms to its operations:
- Traditional Corporate Advisory – including providing advice on the strategy and execution of mergers and acquisitions, structuring and undertaking private and public market fund raisings and providing a range of general corporate advisory services;
- Co-Management Advisory – where we take an active role as both shareholders and management in a client’s business. In these projects we leverage our corporate advisory, operational and strategic development experience to compliment existing management’s own industry knowledge, experience and operational skills.
These areas of practice reflect the skills and experience of our two principals, who have over 25 years of corporate advisory experience in addition to having held valuable hands-on commercial management and strategy consulting roles. During this time, we have built strong relationships with a wide range of private high net worth investors, private equity funds and stockbrokers.
Our size allows us to remain flexible in our approach and ensures that each project is managed directly by one of the principles, with both closely involved. As such, every client gets the benefit of our combined experience, ideas and relationships in order to maximise value at every opportunity.
