Founded by Normanby Capital in early 2019 by combining five leading and trusted tattoo removal businesses, Removery is the only scaled, pure-play provider of laser tattoo removal services in North America.
With over 40 clinics across America and Canada the underlying businesses having performed a combined total of over 250,000 treatments over 25 years of experience.
Through the consolidation Removery has more locations, deep clinical expertise and shared best practices, enabling us to offer clients an unrivalled treatment experience. We believe the continued growth in the popularity of tattoos (and tattoo regret) combined with technological advancement will drive significant growth in the tattoo removal market over the next 20 years. Tattoos are no longer for life and with first mover advantage we are making Removery synonymous with tattoo removal.
With unparalleled investments in systems, processes and infrastructure, our foundation is in place to support our ambition to have over 250 clinics worldwide in the next 5 years.
Edge Early Learning
Normanby Capital founded Edge Early Learning (Edge) in 2017 on the belief that there was an unmet need in south east Queensland for high quality early education services delivered in a bespoke learning environment.
Edge’s philosophy has been developed through our 60 plus years of collective experience in owning, operating and developing early learning centres, and is underpinned by:

The Fertility Partners
Normanby Capital assisted Dr Andrew Meikle (ex Dental Corp Canada co-founder) to establish The Fertility Partners (TFP) in 2020.
TFP is already the largest provider of fertility services in Canada having bought together 5 market leading clinics in 2020.
TFP partners with its doctors and clinics to deliver a full spectrum of market leading fertility services while providing world class back office and support services.
Salon Studios
Founded by Normanby Capital in 2020, Salon Studios is an innovative option for stylists, beauty and wellness professionals, looking to run their own business and be their own boss!
We provide deluxe boutique spaces, suited to creative personal care professionals seeking an alternative to the expensive set-up and ongoing costs of a traditional salon environment.
Our studios are for the exclusive use of our tenants – a space where they can create and service their clients the way they want, allowing them to grow their individual brand alongside other like-minded and creative professionals.
Leveraging our experience across multi-location service businesses and combined with our deep experience in property development, we are targeting 50 plus locations across Australia over the next five to seven years.
HEAL Partners
Working in partnership with Asia Principal Capital, Normanby Capital founded HEAL in 2020.
HEAL is an investment fund focussing on the Health, Education and Lifestyle (HEAL) sectors. HEAL is targeting a $300m capital raise with an ability to invest across geographies.
With focus on creating value through partnership and scale by aiding growth, not adding leverage. We believe revenue is driven by exceptional customer outcomes which are achieved through our partnership model – empowering clinicians, educators and professionals to do what they do best and combining our expertise. We identify revenue generating growth businesses with the potential for global scale or industry disruption.
Within the Health, Education and Lifestyle sectors, we are focused on the impact of technology, the move towards the retailisation of health and education and the growing demands of an aging population driving emerging niche specialties.. We pursue and develop our own proprietary opportunities and we only invest in opportunities where our team can add value and ensure growth.
HEAL has attracted a number of well known investors and advisors including Chris Rex (ex-MD Ramsay Healthcare), Rod Jones (founder and Chairman of Navitas), and Cathy Reid and Stuart Giles (founders of ICON and EPIC Pharmacies)
While closing its first fund HEAL has made investments in Edge, Removery, TFP and Higher Ground (the leading provider of Montessori Early Learning and on-line education in the US).
